Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.

2. Late Cancellation

For cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the first night’s accommodation will be charged.

3. No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show without prior notification, a fee equal to the cost of the first night’s accommodation will be charged.

4. Early Departure

In the event of early departure, no refunds will be provided for unused nights.

5. Force Majeure

In exceptional circumstances beyond the guest’s control, including officially declared emergencies and other force majeure events, cancellation requests will be reviewed by the hotel management on a case-by-case basis.
